Mr Namashivayam is a seasoned Human Resource professional with over 27 years of corporate experience. He obtained his Masters in Economics from Presidency College, and an honours Degree in Human Resources from the Madras School of Social Work (MSSW), Chennai. His experience in several sectors like Infrastructure, Retail, Apparel, Logistics & Manufacturing has not only enhanced his business acumen, but has also led him, towards implementing value-based and efficiency centric policies, procedures and administrative programs, which has successfully enhanced the work-force efficiency and business functions at every level. By utilising proficient insight in the retail segment, out of his experience with some of the largest companies in the country, he aims to take Avigna Retail to the next level amidst existing competition.

Talking about business insight and bringing opportunities into execution, Mr. Thuyavan has proven his mettle, regarding the same, in the last 15 years of his experience in retail. He has contributed in several domains of the sector such as operations, store handling, business development, marketing, negotiation and franchisee management. His competency matrix also includes SOP and process adherence, as well as business forecasting, planning and execution. Having worked with one of the top retail brands in the last few years and opening an astonishing 31 retail stores in a year, as one of his many achievements, we are assured that his result oriented approach and excellent implementation skills is, and will continue to bring out the best in Avigna Retail
